Lauren Kwan

Lauren Kwan is a Cleveland-based designer turned photographer with a BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art. Known for her warm, relaxed, and romantic photography style, Lauren specializes in capturing authentic emotion across weddings, lifestyle sessions, and boudoir work. She photographed her first wedding in 2019, fell in love with the energy and emotion of the day, and has been a full-time wedding photographer since 2021.

Lauren's journey with photography began long before her professional career — she has been behind the camera for as long as she can remember. Although initially intimidated by the medium, a college reintroduction reignited her passion and led her to pursue it with renewed confidence and purpose.

Her work consistently focuses on themes of authenticity, emotional connection, and warmth, creating images that feel timeless and personal. In Fall 2022, her work was featured in Northeast Ohio Wedding Magazine, recognizing her growing influence in the regional wedding scene.

Beyond her creative work, Lauren is a proud wife of 10 years, a mom to a one-year-old son, and a devoted dog mom. She’s also a DIY enthusiast and is deeply passionate about empowering and inspiring other women through her work and everyday life.
