Pattianne Baran

Baran Creative

With over 40 years of experience in the creative arts, Pattianne Baran brings a lifetime of artistic passion, professional design expertise, and a deep love for nature to every piece she creates. A graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art, Pattianne has spent much of her career as an art director and agency owner, including years overseeing television packaging and print for Nestlé USA’s frozen, refrigerated, and ice cream divisions.

Now retired from the commercial world, Pattianne focuses her energy on commission-based fine art, specializing in pet and human portraits as well as botanical illustrations. Her attention to color, texture, and fine detail—especially in capturing the soul through the eyes—has brought many clients to tears, which she proudly considers her most heartfelt review.

Recently, Pattianne has begun exploring wood sculpture, collaborating with her husband on large-scale works. The couple is preparing for an exclusive husband-and-wife exhibition at the Penitentiary Glen Metropark Gallery in Kirkland, scheduled for Fall 2026—a milestone show that will reflect their shared creative journey.

Rooted in a love for animals, nature, and expressive realism, Pattianne’s work consistently returns to the themes of organic beauty and emotional connection. Whether she’s painting a beloved pet or crafting a sculpture inspired by the natural world, her goal is to create work that resonates deeply, both visually and emotionally.
